2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Verification

• Zero Convenience Fees: Unlike many retailers, MÖUSIƐ does not charge any hidden handling or convenience fee on Cash on Delivery orders.
• Order Verification: To ensure accurate delivery details and prevent transit delays, our concierge team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to briefly confirm your COD order prior to dispatch.
• Doorstep Handover: Please ensure an authorized recipient is available with the exact cash amount or UPI access when the courier executive arrives.
• Open-Delivery Regulation: As per standard courier partner regulations across India, shipments are handed over only after payment is collected. If you need a size exchange or return, our hassle-free concierge return process takes care of you right after delivery.

3. Transaction Security & Data Privacy
